Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do! We ship Worldwide!

Q: I do not see a part that I'm looking for listed on your website. Is it possible that you might have it and if you don't can you order it for me?
A: There is a possibility that we have it but most of our parts are listed in our online catalog. There is a good chance that if we do not have an item that we can order it. Feel free to give us a call and we can check for you usually while you're on the phone.

Q: How much will shipping be to my address?
A: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery address, package size and weight. These calculations are made during the checkout process and can be viewed prior to finalizing an order. Simply place your items into your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. You will see all available shipping methods as well as their prices.

Q: Do you take phone orders?
A: Yes we do! We accept phone orders during our regular business hours. Our phone number and hours can be found on the About Us page.

Q: I placed an order and would like to add/change something. How can I do this?
A: Give us a call and we'll be happy to make any changes necessary to your order. Unfortunately, we can not accept order change requests via e-mail as it is likely that your e-mail will not be seen until after your order has shipped due to the volume of e-mail which we receive.

Q: I received a confirmation e-mail stating that my order has been shipped but there was no tracking information listed in the e-mail. Can you please supply me with the tracking info?
A: Most likely the shipping method selected on your order does not offer tracking. All orders shipped within the U.S. with the exception of USPS Parcel Post offer tracking or delivery confirmation. For international orders, only Global Express Mail has tracking information available. There is no way to track any international packages at any time with the exception of USPS Global Express Mail. We do supply tracking information from the My Account link for each order which is traceable.

Q: I placed my order Thursday and selected UPS 2nd Day Air as the shipping method. Today is Saturday and my package was not delivered. What gives?
A: UPS only makes deliveries on Saturday for packages which were shipped with the Saturday Delivery option. This option is available to many areas but not all. If you desire Saturday Delivery be placed on your order, you can leave a comment in the provided space during the checkout procedure. Other special delivery arrangements can also be made by phone. The same holds true for next day air shipments as well. UPS only makes deliveries on Saturdays for Saturday Delivery shipping methods. Arrangements for such deliveries can be made by phone only.

Q: I asked for the package to be left at the doorstep if nobody was home. The package was not left and I received a notice that it would be redelivered at a later date. Why was my request not honored?
A: It is up to the drivers discretion whether or not a package is left unattended upon reaching its' destination.

Q: Can you please tell me how much I will have to pay in import taxes on my order?
A: Import taxes are charged by your country and each country charges different rates. You can obtain information on importation taxes for your country from your local postal authority.

Q: When will you have part XYZ back in stock?
A: It is not usually possible to know this. We order our parts long before we run out of any one particular part so in most cases we have the items which we carry in stock at all times. Occasionally demand needs are not met by production quantities set by a particular products manufacturer so in some cases we may be out of an item. Since we place our orders before actually needing a product, we are usually one of the first to get parts back in stock which have been backordered with their manufacturer. It is still impossible to know exactly when a part will come back in stock.

Q: I selected a USPS shipping method and paid $x for shipping. When the package arrived, only $y had been paid for postage. Why the difference in prices?
A: Our USPS shipping is handled by an outside company. The price on the package reflects only what USPS charges them for shipping costs alone. The postage marked on the box does not reflect charges for the box to be picked up and brought down to the post office, and it also does not reflect insurance charges for packages which are shipped via USPS methods which offer insurance. For international orders there are also documentation charges as there is often paperwork associated with international shipments.

Q: I just placed my first order with you and I was asked to fax in a copy of my credit card statement before my order is shipped. Why is this?
A: This is required only for international orders. All U.S. banks offer AVS checking when processing credit cards. AVS stands for Address Verification System. This means that billing addresses can be verified when processing the transaction. Because most international banks do not participate in AVS checking, we must verify the billing address provided manually by checking that the address provided matches the address on the statement. We require this only once on initial orders, you will not be asked to re-fax this information once we have it on file. Photocopies of the credit card itself cannot be accepted as a substitute for a copy of the cards statement. Only a copy of the original statement will be accepted.
