All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All refused shipments are subject to this restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Orders paid for through PayPal are subject to PayPal refund fees as well. Items which have been opened unfortunately cannot be returned under any circumstance as they cannot be resold or returned to the manufacturer. This goes for parts that are mistakenly purchased as well as products that are just no longer wanted. Any opened items that are returned with or without an RMA number will be the purchasers responsibility if it is desired to have it returned to them if deemed non-returnable. The bottom line is opened products cannot be resold so we cannot give credit of any kind for them.
Return Period:
Our return period is for 14 days and all returns are subject to all conditions of our full return policy. Holiday returns are accepted for 30 days from the receipt of your order but you must state that the item being purchased is for a gift to qualify for the extended return period. You may leave a note in your order comments at checkout time to let us know that the items being purchased are for a gift.
Important note on electronic items or items containing electronics:
Electronics or items containing electronics cannot be returned for a refund or be exchanged towards a different item unless the item is factory sealed and in saleable condition. Electronic items or items containing electronics may be returned for a 80% refund or 100% store credit if the item is still factory sealed and in resaleable condition. Items with electronics which are defective may only be returned for exchange towards the same item or a similar replacement item per our discretion. Some manufacturers require that you deal directly with them to exchange your defective items, others allow us to replace the item for you directly. We will be able to inform you based on the manufacturer in cases such as this. Call us first, we can tell you how to go about exchanging a defective item.
Opened Items:
Opened items may not be returned for anything other than exchange under any circumstances. Once an item is opened and/or used it is no longer resalable and therefore we cannot accept it for a return. Items not containing any form of factory seal or resealed items cannot be returned except in cases of exchange for an identical item within 14 days.
