We ship worldwide!

Please allow 24-48 hours for all orders to be shipped. Most orders placed before 2PM EST are shipped the same business day.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All refused shipments are subject to this restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Orders paid for through PayPal are subject to PayPal refund fees as well. Items which have been opened unfortunately cannot be returned under any circumstance as they can not be resold or returned to the manufacturer. This goes for parts that are mistakenly purchased as well as products that are just no longer wanted. Any opened items that are returned with or without an RMA number will be the purchasers responsibility if it is desired to have it returned to them if deemed non-returnable. The bottom line is opened products cannot be resold so we can not give credit of any kind for them.

International Orders:

Orders shipped to any country other than the US may be subject to brokerage fees and taxes imposed by some countries on imported items. These are the responsibility of the customer and can be as high as 100% of the order value.

Please refer to this map when using UPS shipping services. This map shoes how long it will take, in business days, for a package to arrive from Hobby Fever to your door.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping insurance is available on both domestic as well as international shipments. All UPS shipping methods, whether domestic or international, include insurance. USPS domestic shipping methods all include shipping insurance as well. Packages shipped via USPS Airmail Letter Post and Economy Surface Letter Post are not insured and are the buyers responsibility once they leave our warehouse. Insurance is also not available on packages shipped via Envelope shipping methods. If you are having an international package shipped and you desire that the package be insured, you must use one of the following shipping methods.

Global Express Mail (EMS)
Airmail Parcel Post
Economy (Surface) Parcel Post (optional)

Insurance is not available in all countries, if you want to find out if your country offers shipping insurance please contact us or your local postal administration.

USPS Time in Transit:

USPS delivery times are not guaranteed with the exception of Domestic Express Mail packages mailed to U.S. destinations. International transit times can vary greatly so please be patient when waiting for packages to clear customs.

Express Mail - 1-2 Days Guaranteed to most locations
Priority Mail - 2-3 Days Average to most locations
Parcel Post - 3-5 Days Average to most locations

International:

Global Express Mail (EMS) - 3-5 Days Average to most locations
Airmail Parcel Post - 5-14 Days Average to most locations
Airmail Letter Post - 7-14 Days Average to most locations
